For product return policy, kindly refer the terms and conditions as below:

Wrong item received
Manufacturing defects

1. All goods sold are not refundable 

Wrong item received

1. If you received the wrong item ordered, please forgive our unintentional negligence, and don’t worry, we will handle for you in the shortest time possible.

2. Kindly feedback to our customer service by Whatsapp at 012-4989108 or email info@nutrirem.com within 7 days after receiving it let us know the item you’ve ordered and received.

3. Our company will bear the courier charges for any stocks returned due to wrongly supplied or products defects. The courier charges for the same item exchanged will be borne by Nutrirem.com

4. Customers may choose to replace the wrongly sent items with other NutriRem products.  If this is the case of exchanging to other products, customers may need to bear the courier charges for such item/items.  Please take note wrong items received will be replaced with the correct item. If you would like to exchange products, customers may need to bear the postage by themselves.

Defective goods

1. If the stocks sent is in defective condition (such as product caking problems or damaged boxes) please feedback to our customer service at 012-4989108 or info@nutrirem.com within 7 days after receiving it.

We do not accept returns for reasons of minor dirt and minor defect of the product boxes.

2. Our company will bear the courier charges for any stocks returned due to wrongly supplied or products defects. The courier charges for the same item exchanged will be borne by Nutrirem.com
